The dryed buffalo had a very weird texture. I think i was expecting jerky. The pemican was interesting.
Gave different flavors to my family as stocking stuffers and they were a big hit. A lot of us have always wanted to try pemmican but never thought we could find it!
The straight up dried Bison is super dry and flavourless, so my wife and kids didn't like it. I thought it was ok, but not something I will try and buy again. The blueberry flavoured jerky was amazing though and I highly recommend it. The starter pack give you a good idea on the range of products, but now that I know what I like, I'll be buying those items instead.
Your products are fantastic. I would appreciate if there were more bulk options, as my family likes to eat pemican daily.
Loved the taste and simple natural ingredients. Makes a healthy snack. Will reorder for sure.
