The items came quickly and my son enjoyed them though he has decided he doesn’t care for the sweet/savoury in one dish idea. The other item we ordered was more to his liking. I like that there is not a lot of preservatives and it is packaged well.

the texture is so very good and it has a lovely after taste of strawberry. Interesting while enjoying it only has a hint of flavour then the after taste hits and it is so enjoyable!

It was tasty but it was all in one big clump

It was tasty but it was all in one clump. The layers didn't peel apart well and mostly stuck together in an sticky, oily way. I was expecting something that could be used as single servings. Maybe individually wrapped? So I ended up eating as much as I could and then tried to separate the rest into bite-sized chunks and put it in the freezer. I was expecting something that would keep on the shelf.

We’re glad you enjoyed the taste, but we’re sorry to hear the texture wasn’t what you expected. Since we don’t use preservatives or added fillers, the natural oils in the meat can sometimes cause the pieces to stick together, especially during warmer temps or shipping. It’s meant to be a traditional-style product, but we totally understand how single servings would be more convenient — and it’s great feedback for our team as we keep improving.

We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place or even refrigerating after opening if you're saving some for later — and freezing bite-sized chunks like you did is a great idea!
