No answer or solution to the bad product la received.

After leaving a bad review here regarding my purchase, you answered the review saying I would get an email to fix the situation.
Well i never got an email or anything from your team to fix what happened!

Packaging fail

I ordered 2 bulk packs. On arrival one of the packs was no longer vacuum sealed. I sent an email to [****] to inform your company of my situation and to see if the lack of a vacuum seal on the one bulk pack would affect the shelf life and quality of the product. I have yet to receive a reply from your company. First and last purchase, and no referrals. Poor customer service.

They are not fully dehydrated/cooked ... It's disgusting to me like this. Just cannot eat ... This is abnormal. I hope you guys will fix this!
