I recently bought Mitsoh's pemmican strips for the first time and was pleased to be able to buy them bulk and not individually wrapped in plastic. I took them on a canoe trip my husband and I did and they were the perfect snack. Tender strips of meat slightly sweetened with Saskatoon berries and maple syrup. I used to make my own jerky, but I don't think I'll bother any more now that I know about Mitsoh. Love them!
