Taste great! The strips were completely stuck together. One big mass. I couldn’t get them apart at room temperature or cold. I ended up break off pieces to eat it.

Unfortunately, I purchased these items for stocking stuffers for all my children to try because I want to support good honest Canadian companies so I cannot give you an opinion until after the new year which is when I will be giving my children their Christmas stocking. I am pretty sure though that they are going to love them.

Don't get me wrong,The whole family loves Mistoh products. The dried bison vanishes almost instantly whenever we receive a delivery. I like the bulk packs for their environmentally conscious packaging and better pricing, but sadly this batch was a disappointment. I usually open a package and separate each piece the freeze the lot so my boys can easily grab one to pack in their lunches, but this time the strawberry was impossible to cleanly separate so we ended up with lumps instead of nice clean strips. I know the strawberry is gooey compared to the other flavours, but this was just a mess. Hoping for better in the future. Marsi.

The pemmican is very tasty. I just wish that the individual pieces could be separated in the bulk package, as it clumps together. Maybe you could separate them with parchment or wax paper (to avoid more plastic)?
