Mitsoh pemmican is rooted in Indigenous tradition and made with pasture-raised bison, berries, and simple ingredients. It’s softer and more nutrient-dense than typical jerky. High in protein, low in fat and made without nitrates or anything artificial.

Mitsoh sources pasture-raised bison from Canada.
Do you use sodium nitrate in your beef sticks?
No. Mitsoh does not use sodium nitrate. The beef sticks use cultured celery powder, which contains naturally occurring nitrates, but they are made without synthetic sodium nitrate.
Are Mitsoh products allergen-free?
