I write this review acknowledging that this is the traditional food of our Indigenous brothers and sisters who have been so gracious to share their bounty with us.
Wife, kids and I loved the pemmican. It went fast and not without a squabble. But no one seems to go after the dried meat. The texture is good in the mouth despite it seeming very dry to the hands. But I think the lack of salt or seasoning is what makes the flavor lack that umph that makes it crave-worthy.
Please take my criticism with a grain of salt and much love to you, your lands and your ancestors.
